Jacques O’Brien
Founder, M.O.G Industries
Jacques built M.O.G Industries from the ground up, starting with nothing more than door knocking, taking on any job he could, and doing the work himself. No funding, no big strategy, just consistency, hard work, and figuring things out along the way.
What began as a one-man operation has grown into a trusted service provider across Perth, working with real estates, builders, and homeowners. Today, M.O.G Industries operates through three divisions: M.O.G Construction Services, Pristinia, and CanopyX, offering a streamlined, all-in-one solution for clients.
A Perth local, Jacques has worked across Western Australia and beyond, from tree lopping jobs on the road to construction work in remote Aboriginal communities. These experiences shaped his approach: straightforward, reliable, and grounded in respect for both the work and the people involved.
He leads with a balance of old-school work ethic, show up, do it right the first time, with modern systems and a people-first mindset. The goal has always stayed the same: build something solid, keep improving, and be a team clients and workers can rely on.
Isabel Rias
Operations Manager, Pristinia
Originally from Colombia, Isabel moved to Australia in search of new opportunities and a different way of life. Fully qualified as a veterinarian, she brings a strong foundation of care, responsibility, and attention to detail into everything she does.
At Pristinia, Isabel oversees day-to-day operations with a focus on quality, consistency, and environmentally conscious practices. Her passion for animals and the environment naturally carries into her work, ensuring every job is not only effective, but done responsibly.
She takes a people-first approach with both clients and the team, setting a standard where respect and high-quality work go hand in hand.
Kevin Cuervo

Originally from Colombia, Kevin moved to Australia in search of new opportunities and a better future. Before joining CanopyX, he played a key role in running his family’s tyre shop, where he developed a strong work ethic and hands-on, practical experience.
Kevin is a values-driven individual, actively involved in his church and grounded in discipline, consistency, and integrity. He brings that same mindset into his work, showing up, staying reliable, and following through on every job.
At CanopyX, Kevin focuses on delivering work that’s done properly the first time, while being a steady and dependable presence for both the team and clients.

Ana Marie Morcilla is a Sales Representative based in the Philippines, supporting M.O.G Industries with client communication, enquiries, and project coordination.
She is responsible for handling incoming leads, preparing quotes, and ensuring clients receive clear and timely information about services. Ana plays a key role in maintaining smooth communication between clients and the operations team, helping move projects forward efficiently.
